Venison and Game Sales
Venison and Game can be purchased direct from the Estate Office, and we are also happy to supply both Venison and Game to local restaurants, farm shops, butchers and specialist food outlets. Venison can be supplied either as individual cuts or as a whole carcass. Venison is considered a very healthy meat as it's high protein, low fat and low in cholesterol. It is supplied in a range of cuts including steaks, sausages and roasting joints. The supply of venison is seasonal from August through to March.

Game supplied from Lydney Park Estate is mainly pheasant and partridge. These can be supplied in feather, oven-ready or as breast fillet packs. Game is available in season from October to February.
